The Lounges of Taste
Imagine a welcoming and tempting Gourmet Lounge (Salotti del Gusto), where the real protagonists are: local products, carne salada, lake and farmed fish, cheeses, vegetables, sweets, coffee and many other excellences that make this piece of Trentino an authentic paradise of food and drinks. In these fashionable spaces, you can taste menus extraordinarily interpreted by local producers, chefs and restauranteurs.
What would the food be without a good glass of wine? Elegant combinations with the sparkling Trentodoc and local wines expressly produced by the sommeliers of Trentino. The Salotti del Gusto are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00.
Eat Theatre
Imagine a culinary polyphonic tale, a reworked version of the typical dishes and products made in Lake Garda Trentino. Finger-licking meals told by fantastic tellers and created by local producers, chefs and restauranteurs.
Seven awesome Eat Theatres reserved to the most gluttonous guests – seats are limited, do not miss them! – who will have fun, take note and taste the culinary suggestions and the combinations with the local wines.
Show Cooking
Food – you know – is also a show. And the show gets bigger if the most famous chefs perform it. A new and recent awareness is putting on stage the award-winning chefs’ “culinary challenges”!
This year, at Garda con Gusto – Gourmet Experience you can assist international and award-winning chefs like Andreas Hillejan, Vreni Giger, the Italian Alberto Faccani – new 2** 2018’s Michelin starred – and the famous Cristian Bertol – who already took part in Garda con Gusto – with the illusionist Casanova, be performing in live shows for a limited number of people, 25 people max. Its’ true. We’re not like chef Moreno Cedroni – he will be there too, the enfant terrible of the international cuisine! – but you can try to cook our local delicacies at home. Buy them at Gusto Shop!

At Gusto Shop, you can buy all the products of Garda con Gusto: the widely-known carne salada, extra-virgin olive oil, broccoli of Torbole, lake fish and organic vegetables of Val di Gresta, kinds of bread, sweets, malga cheeses, Trentodoc sparkling wines, red and white selected wines of Trentino and coffee.

Party The Great Gatsby
No party? Yes, of course. This year at Garda con Gusto you can live old-fashioned emotions at the exclusive The Great Gatsby party, on 3rd November at 23:00. Along with exceptional tastings, jazz music and an atmosphere as if you were in the Twenties, the location of this glamour party is outstanding: the Hotel Du Lac et Du Parc Grand Resort in Riva del Garda.
Acrobatic cocktails, cigar tasting and delicious food and drinks… a night that will be remembered for a long time!
