Christmas seems to have just gone and… Easter is here, instead! In no time, the cold weather will clear the way to milder temperatures, and the days will get longer, creating some amazing afternoons to spend in the open air.

Easter is the perfect holiday to plan a weekend full of relaxation, but also of outdoor sport and long strolls. What if all these activities involved a fairytale landscape and a great number of events to attend? So this is the place to be, you are in Garda Trentino!

A wealth of funny and thrilling activities are waiting for you. Let’s find them out together:

  • Pasqua musicale arcense. Between the sacred and the profane, music (mainly classical) is on stage with a not-to-be-missed event (from the 12th April to the 5nd May 2019) that symbolizes the union between international ensembles and young musicians from the Altogarda area. The event is open to every music lover who will experience the territory and the classical notes with great emotional enthusiasm. The Pasqua musicale arcense will in fact be held in the most renowned historic sites in Arco, creating a wonderful connection between music, art and culture.

  • Chocomusic. Tasting music! From the 19th 22th April, the mouth meets the music in Riva del Garda. The result? A square (Cesare Battisti, in Riva del Garda) full to the brim with gormandizers will host the fifth edition of this not-to-be-missed four-day event: cooking show, tasting sessions, chocolate lessons, workshops for kids and a exhibition market with chocolate delicacies from all over the world!

  • Sport Outdoor. Sport enthusiasts, standing to attention! A range of sport events are waiting for you at Easter. Let’s start with Lake Garda Meeting Optimist Class, the world’s biggest single-class regatta with 1055 participants! It will give great emotions to every sailing lover! From the 18th April to the 21st April 2019, the Fraglia Vela Riva will fill Garda Trentino with vitality thanks to young yachtsmen (from 9 to 15) from 30 different countries. A racing pulse is guaranteed! But also running at Easter time: Dal Doss al Doss de Corsa, a 8-kilometer-long non-competitive race on Easter Monday (on the 22nd April 2019) in Dro, this year at its 35th edition.

  • Boat trip. Easter is also time to relax. What if the whole family went on a boat trip? From Riva to Torbole, passing through the neighbouring shores, at Easter time the landscapes becomes a blur of emotions: spring is slowly waking up the nature and the colours turn from orange to yellow, pink and white. Flowers like mimosas, cherry and almond trees will enchant you with a breathtaking quick look. The nature show is for free!

  • Strolling around museums. From the Mag (Museo Alto Garda) to the Casa degli Artisti in Tenno, passing through Galleria G. Segantini inside Palazzo Panni in Arco. The beautiful hydroelectric plant in Riva del Garda is worth a visit as well, designed by the architect of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, Giancarlo Maroni.
