Crystal clear water, the Ora (it’s a wind which comes from the Po valley and starts to blow around midday) which brushes your skin, green mountains that seem like hugging and cuddling. The good season has finally come. Are you ready to arm yourself with sunscreens, panama (a really must-have this year!) and a book? Where are we going?

To the beach, of course. Garda Trentino offers several free beaches to enjoy yourself in each single moment of the day. Early in the morning, when the heat is not so intense, the lake is flat and the water is even more transparent. The peace that turns out has its effects on the rest of the day! In the afternoon the beaches begin to get crowded and the waves increase. Listening to the wind whispering in your ears is a real pleasure. A “music” that makes us feel free.

Lake Garda beaches Summer Tips

At sunset, the lake is flat again and the waves lap the shore. The sun is playing the shy behind the high mountains and we let ourselves be seduced by the beauty of Garda Trentino once again. In Riva del Garda, Torbole sul Garda, Arco and also on Lake Tenno it is possible to sunbathe, or just chill out in the shadow. Practicing some sports, cooling down thanks to showers and toilets available almost everywhere, or rent beach chairs and sun beds, and so lazily gaze at the athletes working hard! The bathing beaches are always under control and provided with floating platforms to swim and dive.

Even the younger can bathe safely: during the summer months the lifeguarding service is available on the beaches of Riva delGarda and Torbole. What’s more? A dive into the clean waters of this strip of lake, but before, let’s sip a cocktail, get ready to be overwhelmed by the manyfold events and beach parties hosted here… and look forward to a summer waiting to be enjoyed on the Garda Trentino shores!
